Xeros. Making the invisible visible.

A purpose-led business that didn’t know how to tell its story. I led and executed the repositioning of Xeros, a technology company that reduces the impact of how we make and care for clothes. Taking the whole organisation on a journey to articulate a mission and vision for today and tomorrow.

Building a brand.

Appointing Made Thought, a creative studio full of brilliant thinkers, in a 6-month project we took the entire business on a journey of transformation delivering an entire suite of new brand behaviours and tools - from a purpose, mission and vision, a new visual identity, product hierarchy, tone of voice and behaviours - we then rolled out our new values and vision for all of our stakeholders.

Working with the senior leadership team I took them on a journey to understand how brands today communicate purpose and solutions to their customers, investors and staff. Gaining buy-in from the board and CEO I built a strategic plan to bring Xeros to life.
